Error "Sorry, a group for that username already exists."
In November 2014 Bluehost announced that it will no longer be accepting new shared Reseller hosting signups. As part of that announcement, Bluehost announced a partnership with ResellerClub wherein Bluehost is recommending ResellerClub as the hosting partner of choice for Reseller hosting.

This error is caused by the username already being used in our system. In order to prevent internal system conflicts, we do not allow a username to be used more than once on any of our standard hosting accounts, Reseller accounts or the Resold accounts.
