Office 365: SaRa Tool

If you are having problems with Office 365 or Outlook, download the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant.

The SaRA Tool will run tests on your computer to figure out the problem. It can fix many of the issues for you or tell you how to fix them yourself. You should run this tool at the first sign of an issue to see if it is a problem on your computer, with the Microsoft products and services, or with Microsoft servers.

This tool will scan Office, Outlook, Dynamic 365 (the online version of Office), OneDrive, Skype for Business, and give you a clearer picture of what needs to be done to resolve your issue.
